I am often asked why I came up with this name for the website and all I can say is there is something magical about a plate that is filled with different colours, flavours and textures.
This website is going to be your guide so that you can learn to cook different dishes from all over and virtually explore places you've never been to. My goal is to encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and look at the world with new eyes.
For your reference -

My grandmoms (maternal and paternal)like many grandmoms across the world had their own modified versions of recipes which were passed on to them by their mothers and grandmothers. When they were growing up, food was scarce and with big families to feed, the women of the house had to get innovative and make the most of what was available. Wastage was shunned and even the humble potato was considered a gift from god.
