This dessert has no added sugar. All it has are the sugars from the fruits I have used. Other than that, this is totally natural.
It is delicious, healthy and full of textures. What's more, it takes barely 20 minutes to put this together. So tonight, maybe you want to try this out and treat yourself to a healthy dessert.

Here's what you need for two servings -

A small box of organic blueberries
A small box of organic  raspberries
4 tablespoons almond flakes
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bourbon powder
Muesli (unsweetened natural)
Half an apple (peeled, cored and chopped into tiny pieces)
1 tablespoon 99 percent dark chocolate grated ( I use Lindt)
1 teacup natural yoghurt

Method
Add a thin layer of muesli at the bottom of your dessert bowls/glasses.

Add the apple bits next.

Blend the blueberries and vanilla powder. Put this next in your dessert bowls/glasses.

Now, you can add meringue bits here (if you wish for additional texture). This is just an option, of course. It depends on your added sugar preferences. I made two with these and two without and I honestly, couldn't tell the difference with reference to sugar levels.
This is with meringue bits
Rinse the blender and blend the raspberries next.

Add the raspberry puree in bowls/glasses.
Add the almond flakes on top so they form a layer.

Now, add the yoghurt on top. Add as much or as little as you want.

Finally, top this with grated dark chocolate.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes or longer if you want to eat it cold.

Variation: You can also top the yoghurt with organic honey. It's up to you. Make this YOUR dessert. But do let me know if you like it at the end by dropping me a note.
Thank you.
